The Role
This role is based within their high performing Transport Infrastructure Group. Due to continued growth within this team, they are looking to add a Principal Highway Engineer to their already established team. You will work on some of the largest transport infrastructure projects in NSW and beyond.
The Responsibilities
As the Principal Highway Engineer, you will be responsible for the overall delivery of major highway projects. This is a role that combines both technical delivery as well as people and resource management. You will be responsible for liaising with all major stakeholders and ensuring that all deliverables and time frames are met to the specifications of the project.
This is a key hire for the team.

The Requirements
- Proven experience working as a Principal Highways Engineer within Australia or a Senior Highways Engineer looking to make the step up to a Principal position
- Experience of delivering Australian highway projects, preferably within NSW to RMS standards
- The ability to technically deliver projects whilst managing resources and a team of Highway Engineers on each project
- Full working rights in Australia
