The role

 
They are currently searching for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to come in and lead a small team of Engineers and Designers.

The role would suit someone with experience managing a small team whilst winning and managing projects within the urban development and general civil space in QLD and Northern NSW.

The role will be client facing and will require someone confident in their own ability to take a profitable and established team and continue its organic growth and success.

 
The requirements
 

• Degree in Civil Engineering
• RPEQ
• Experience mentoring and guiding young Engineers
• Business development exposure
• Experience working on urban development projects
• Desire to progress in your career
