As a result of a significant project pipeline our client is seeking a Principal Bridge Engineer to play a key role in delivering a range of in interesting bridge projects across the Perth region. You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of engineers and technicians to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Services comprise road, rail and pedestrian bridges, from feasibility studies to detailed design. The position will see you work in collaboration with a team of technical experts, to achieve the outcomes and objectives identified in the Transport Delivery business strategy.
 
Requirements

• 10+ years of local experience in bridge engineering projects in Perth, Western Australia with strong technical knowledge of bridge design and construction (Design experience is essential)
• Demonstrated understanding of West Australian Transport and Main Roads design processes, procedures and requirements.
• Assist in Business Development in the production of a sustainable and visible pipeline
• Provide coaching and mentoring for staff in their team, including the professional and personal development of staff.
