CGC is working with a key client seeking a Principal Bridge Engineer to play a key role in delivering a range of in interesting bridge projects across the Perth region. You will be responsible for leading projects and managing a small team of engineers and technicians to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

The Role: - Team Lead/Principal Bridge Engineer 
In this Specialist you will be involved in approving and preparing proposals and cost estimates and evaluating all project progress and recommend changes. You will also be responsible in planning, conducting and coordinating engineering assignments, involving several smaller and some higher revenue projects, of varying complexity.
 
Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Civil or Structural Engineering with a minimum of 8+ years experience on the delivery of multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects across WA.
• Experience with structural analysis software such as SPACEGASS, STRAND7, MIDAS
• Familiarity with WA Structural Engineering and Bridge Branch manuals, Austroads and Australian Standards, especially AS5100.
• Assist in Business Development in the production of a sustainable and visible pipeline
• Provide leadership and training to junior team members and provide technical guidance to less experienced professionals.
