About the Company
This company is a renowned construction and facilities management company operating across the East Coast of Australia.  They complete a wide range of projects including fit out and refurbishment projects across the retail and commercial sectors – clients including petroleum sites, major banks and government departments.
Based in North Melbourne. 

The Role
As the PA, you will be supporting and reporting into the Melbourne Director. There will be the opportunity to progress into an EA role once established in the position. They are seeking a mature and confident candidate who is able to multitask, be proactive and show initiative.  

Your roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Diary, email and travel management for the Director
• Meeting coordination, management and meeting minutes
• Providing PA support to the Director
• Process improvement
• Liaising with the other seniors and administrators 
• Supplier Management and purchase order requisitions
• Process improvement
• Liaising with project managers and site guys
• Customer Service 
• Adhoc Administrative tasks

Who we are looking for 

• Previous experience within construction or property is highly desirable
• Minimum 3 years experience in PA/EA roles
• Desire to represent the directors and build their career 
• Bubbly and confident personality 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good personal presentation
