We’re looking for a hands-on Passive Fire Team Leader to join a leading Sydney-based fire protection company with a strong reputation across commercial projects. 

The role is a split between on and off the tools work, so you’ll need to be confident both on site and in front of a laptop.

Most of the work is remedial, with a strong focus on installing and upgrading fire seals, dampers, and other passive fire systems.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading a small team on-site across various Sydney projects
• Installing and remediating fire seals, dampers, and related systems
• Quoting and scoping small works
• Writing reports and logging jobs in Uptick
• Occasionally meeting clients and managing site progress
• Ensuring quality, safety, and compliance on every job

What we’re looking for:

• Strong background in passive fire – particularly seals and dampers
• Comfortable leading from the front and supporting a small team
• Confident quoting, reporting, and using job systems (Uptick experience ideal)
• Solid communication skills and client-facing experience
• FPAS (Passive Fire) accreditation preferred but not essential
