A leading provider of maintenance, service and installation to the commercial catering sector are looking for a service manager to take ownership of the day to day delivery across a multitude of accounts.
Reporting into the General Manager, the primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that the helpdesk and scheduling teams are on top of their workloads and that the techs on the ground are competing work to the required standards. You will be out and about meeting clients - doing site inspections and spotting opportunities to up-sell additional service lines.
This role is based out of their Mascot offices and is responsible for Sydney and NSW region.
Ideally you will have commercial catering equipment experience, but those from a refrigeration service/maintenance background will be highly favoured as well.
