The Role
Seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee all aspects projects, ensuring projects run smoothly, on time, and within budget. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring excellent project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.

Seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee all aspects projects, ensuring projects run smoothly, on time, and within budget. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring excellent project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Estimation & Planning – Assess project scope, prepare quotes, and schedule production.
- Warehouse & Production Oversight – Ensure production meets high standards and deadlines.
- Procurement & Inventory Management – Source materials, manage supplier relationships, and maintain stock levels.
- Scheduling & Installation Coordination – Assign teams, manage logistics, and enforce safety protocols
- Client Communication – Respond to inquiries, manage expectations, and maintain strong relationships.
- Process Improvement – Optimise workflows, monitor budgets, and improve efficiency.
- Hands-On Leadership – Step in where needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Industry Experience – Background in construction, manufacturing, refurbishment, fit-out, or relevant trade.
- Leadership Skills – Experience as a Project Manager, Production Manager or Operations Manager or similar role.
- Client-Focused – Strong communication and sales experience.
- Detail-Oriented & Organised – Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Design & tendering skills highly desirable
- Commercially astute with ambition for success and innovation
- Would suit someone from Site management/trades background
