Job Description

CGC Recruitment is a specialist recruiter in the construction, engineering and design space. 

Company 
Our client is a medium sized Property Developer based in the Eastern Suburbs. They specialise in commercial, industrial, retail projects. The Sydney office is only small, however a large pipeline of projects have created a new vacancy for an Office Manager/Marketing Coordinator. You must have come from a similar role in Commercial Real Estate or Property Development prior, or you will not be considered. 

The Role
As a senior administrator, you will provide high level executive support to leaders of the business. As well as producing clear and creative marketing support across submissions, bids and tenders and other client facing documents such as presentation prep and reports.
  • Office Management and Executive Support
  • Manage and book meeting rooms, diary management
  • Expense management
  • Create client facing documents and produce reports and presentations
  • Build templates and create marketing content
  • Creation of submissions, bids and tenders - using PowerPoint
  • Edit, proof and format documents
  • Internal/External events management 
  • Ensure the office is stocked with necessary resources
  • Liaise with suppliers, e.g. cleaners
  • Partner with People & Culture to onboard new starters
  • Maintains successful working relationships, builds a positive culture
  • Drives and supports initiatives to create a highly engaged, high performing culture
Skills and Experience
  • Must have come from similar position in property development or commercial real estate working on submissions and office management
  • 5-7 years' experience across administration and marketing assistance
  • Strong communication skills including written, verbal and interpersonal 
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including PowerPoint (essential) and InDesign (regarded)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Superior time management and organisation skills
  • Team player
