CGC are working with is a mid-sized, multidisciplinary engineering consultancy with deep local roots in Western Australia, complemented by international expertise. Known for a hands-on approach and broad sector coverage, they’re experienced in delivering technically collaborative, and client-centred solutions from structural engineering to complex façade and building services projects.
They are entering an exciting new phase — and we’re looking for an experienced Office Manager with EA experience to join them on the journey.

You’ll work closely with the Directors and senior team, helping shape the role to suit your strengths. You’ll also have support around you and "believe in using the right people for the right things, not doing it all alone"

Responsibilities will include:
- Managing daily operations of the office and supporting the leadership team
- Acting as an Executive Assistant to Directors (diary management, travel, meeting prep)
- Introducing and streamlining systems and processes
- Overseeing administrative support, HR coordination, and compliance
- Supporting finance coordination, onboarding, and document control
- Driving efficiencies and supporting our business as it continues to grow
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or EA in a professional services or technical environment
- A proactive mindset and desire to improve how things run
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work closely with senior stakeholders while managing day-to-day operations
- A sense of ownership, initiative, and readiness to “make it yours”
