We have the opportunity for you to join a well known Architecture Studio in Sydney's CBD. They are boutique; working on architecture, interiors, landscape and urban design.
The Role:
The Office Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of all administrative processes of the studio, carried out in a positive and supportive team environment.
The role is to start ASAP (notice periods fine), seeking friendly and hard working individual to join a collaborative culture and other creative personalities.
This is a junior position:
$55-60k Package.

Key tasks & responsibilities
- Owning the role of front of house including incoming calls and meet + greet
- Being the go to person for office related tasks
- Keep the studio, kitchen and meeting rooms tidy
- Keep supplies topped up in the kitchen, printers, stationery etc
- Building relationships with stakeholders and suppliers
- Working with the team to plan and social, training and client events
- Assist with onboarding new starters and ensuring they have everything they need
- Assist with adhoc tasks provided by the MD and Operations Manager
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Well developed interpersonal skills and multi-tasking capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite
- Eagerness to learn new systems and software
- Proof of the right to work lawfully in Australia
- Evidence that you have had the COVID Vaccines (including Booster if eligible) or relevant medical exemption*
