To be considered for this role, you must have:
  • 2-3 years’ experience in administration ideally within construction or engineering
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced MS Word and Excel skills
  • Reception experience
  • Bubbly and confident personality  
The Role:

12 month fixed term maternity leave contract
  • High level administration assisting directors
  • Administrative support to the construction design teams
  • Assisting HR and recruitment
  • Reception duties
  • producing reports
  • organising events
  • creating and distributing communication
  • drafting letters, schedules, specifications
  • bid/fee proposals
  • diary management, some minute-taking and dealing with general enquiries via telephone, email and in person.
