Summary 

CGC Recruitment is a specialist recruiter in the construction and engineering space. We are delighted to be recruiting a Bookkeeper for a Tier 1 Contractor based out West - Seven Hills. 

The Company 
Our client is a Tier 1 Contractor based in Seven Hills. Our client has had strong and steady growth across the project world as is seeking a strong administrator with a finance background to join the team and support 17 engineers.  

The Role
The role will require the right candidate to support the Delivery manager and 17 Engineers by providing administrative and bookkeeping support to the wider company. 

Your roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Purchase orders, invoicing, requisitions etc. 
  • End to end full function Accounts - AP/AR/Payroll/Bank Reconcilliation 
  • Project administration 
  • Subcontractor mangement 
  • Management of travel 
  • Ad-hoc duties as requested 
Who we are looking for 
  • Previous experience within Construction 
  • Experience using construction based acounting systems e.g. (JDE Edwards is a plus)
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
