Job description

CGC Brisbane have an immediate requirement for an Office Administrator to join a growing engineering business in a supporting role where you will undertake administration and reception duties, liaising with internal and external stakeholders. You will be fully supported, working as part of a small team who is passionate about training and development, making it a successful long term career.

This is a permanent part-time position 9.30am - 2.30pm Monday - Friday

Key responsibilities will consist of:
- Reception and Administration duties
- Liaising with external and internal stakeholders
- Researching and gathering data and information
- Spreadsheets and reports
- Administration support to the existing small team

Ideal candidate:
- Experience in a similar role within Engineering / Design
- A good communicator written, spoken and in person
- Good knowledge and use of Excel, Word and Outlook with great computer skills for other in house systems
