One of Australia’s leading commercial retail builders require an immediate night shift foreman for a prestigious retail project ($6M) in Maitland, NSW. 

Known for their integrity, leadership and excellence; this is a great opportunity for an experienced night shift specialist to join a reputable mid-tier builder on what will more than likely be the first of many ongoing regional contract roles.

This 12-week night shift role will provide a plenty of hours for the 'right fit' candidate as the build propels towards handover.
  
Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Foreman and/or Site Manager with a head contractor
• Relevant qualifications in Construction Management or related field
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in retail and live-environment projects, highly desirable
• Specific night shift related experience considered a bonus

Responsibilities:

• Manage all on-site activities and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain smooth project flow
• Oversee project timelines, ensuring milestones are met
• Resolve any on-site issues promptly and efficiently
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure all work adheres to project specifications and regulations
• Maintain accurate site records and documentation to support the day shift team
