This mechanical services contractor have excellent staff retention records with numerous PM's in the business having been there for 10+ years and are well known for looking after their employees through offering various benefits.
As a Mechanical HVAC Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to kjump straight into 2 high profile projects - 1 x $15m and the other $25m projects for well reputed builders in Sydney, working closely with a highly knowledgeable and experienced Construction Manager, who has been overseeing the projects so can get you familiarised with the jobs quickly, providing with you with support.
What differentiates them from other businesses? A highly experienced in house drafting and engineering team for support, a proven track record in delivering projects across a range of sectors with large services packages that includes; Commercial, Hospitals, Data Centres, Universities etc.
They also offer RDO's to their Project Managers and don't require you to work on Saturdays as they appreciate that you work a solid shift already between Monday - Friday.
This is fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Manager working within minor works projects to step up into majors, or an experienced Project Manager looking to work for a top tier contractor that offers career progression. To take that next step in your career you must have a proven track record in delivering mechanical building services projects to at least $5m.
A permanent position that comprises of an above market rate Base, Super, Vehicle / Vehicle Allowance, RDO's, Laptop, Fuel Card & Etags etc.
