The role:
Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be accountable for delivery of projects in the Sydney metro area. Depending on experience, you will be handling up to 20 dwellings at any one time.

Experience:
The ideal candidate will have the following experience

• You either have Cert IV Building & Construction or Construction related degree
• It is essential that you have managed upwards of 10 projects at any one time
• Desire to move into a leadership role
• Have experience supervising on residential projects
• Have stability on your CV
• Able to work in team environment
• Ability to learn and develop skills
• Be well presented and a good communicator to clients and sub-contractors
