Due to such a successful first few years in business, this superb consultancy currently has several requirements for a variety of levels of Engineer to join their team, with a plan to grow by another 20-30 people in the next 12 months.
The Role
With the above mentioned headcount growth in mind, a key focus for the business is to bring in a Mechanical Director, to take ownership of the mechanical business unit, and be a key part of growing the team and their capabilities.
The role will naturally require the individual to be relatively hands on for the first few months, assisting in delivering a number of key projects whilst having a focus on hiring for the team.
A candidate with their own client base is not essential but would be an attractive feature, with a core client base in residential already at the heart of this consultancy and another director recently brought on with his own client base in health, age-care and retail to name a few.

- 10+ years experience in Mechanical Engineering in Building Services
- 6+ year minimum local experience in a Mechanical building services role in Sydney
- Relevant Engineering Degree
