The Role
Marketing / Bid Coordinator plays a pivotal role supporting marketing and bid/submissions activities. The role forms part of both the Delivery & the Sales and Business Development teams. The role takes ownership of the business' marketing material and content along with supporting the Bid & Submissions Manager in composing and collating tender submissions.
80% Marketing Coordination , 20% Bid Assistance. 

Key Responsibilities: 
Marketing & Document Deliverables
  • Design and compose copy for company marketing material including: Staff CV’s, Project Case Studies
  • Compose and manage digital content marketing
  • Website Management: regularly write /update content and regular case studies/ staff profiles are updated. & SEO management
  • Social media content – Linked-In, FB, Instagram
  • Manage and drive company internal company intranet and coordinate regular content updates
  • Schedule and manage photography for completed projects and write up case studies that position the business as unique in market.
  • Organise and manage Internal database of marketing and communications materials
  • Create and manage company document templates – EG Powerpoint and InDesign templates, Email templates, social sharing images and other software that may be used from time to time.  
Bid & Submissions
  • Support Bid & Submissions Manager as required including: Compose and Compile Content and Submissions & Accurately proof and collate tender submissions  
Supporting Sales Team Initiatives
  • Research initiatives in key marketing and sales material including: Credential presentations, Digital marketing, Submissions of Industry Award entries
  • Assist in sales presentations
  • Attend sales meetings to understand market and support requirements
  • Assist with online surveys for sales/design and post completion projects to continually develop the business and ensure our marketing materials support the sales process.  
  • Media savvy and experienced in digital communications, including social media, web and electronic mail platforms.
  • Prior experience providing administrative, marketing and communication support in a marketing environment.
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • A high level of attention to detail and proactivity.
  • The ability to take and follow instructions.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office, InDesign, Illustrator, Powerpoint, Photoshop, Excel - MUST
  • Copywriting experience preferred.
  • Construction Industry experience preferred
1+ years in a similar position.
