Job description
A leading not for profit in the aged care sector are looking for an experienced maintenance supervisor to join their in house team delivery day to day planned and reactive maintenance to their portfolio. This is a mobile role covering a number of sites, you will receive a vehicle and fuel card etc to cover expenses.
Key duties include:
- Carry out maintenance, repairs, gardening and other tasks falling within the roles responsibilities.
- Work with the facility management and delegate task as required.
- Manage all work outsourced to contractors to ensure compliance and work completed within scope/value/ quality of maintenance contracts.
To be successful in this role you will have previous maintenance experience, ideally you will have a trade background and be as comfortable arranging contractors and approving work orders, as you are on the tools. A current driving license is also required.
