About the Role:
You'll be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting a variety of bakery production and packaging equipment. This includes both preventative and reactive electrical maintenance to ensure minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Electrical maintenance and repair of production equipment (ovens, mixers, conveyors, packaging lines, etc.)
 
Diagnose and troubleshoot breakdowns efficiently
 
Perform regular preventative maintenance checks
 
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and Australian standards
 
Collaborate with the production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability
 
About You:
Full A-Grade Electrical Licence (mandatory)
 
Proven experience in industrial or food manufacturing environments (bakery experience highly regarded)
 
Strong fault-finding skills, particularly with PLCs and automated machinery
 
Ability to work independently and under pressure
 
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
 
Flexible with shift work or on-call as needed
