Summary

An established and highly regarded WA commercial builder is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of projects valued between $20m–$50m. Based out of a modern Balcatta head office, this role offers long-term stability, career progression, and exposure to high-quality commercial developments.

This is a senior delivery role suited to a Project Manager who thrives in a multi-project environment and enjoys leading teams across several active sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of multiple live projects across the $20M–$50M range
• Lead, mentor and manage Site Managers, Contract Administrators and wider project teams
• Drive program, cost control, quality, and risk management across the portfolio
• Manage procurement strategy and subcontractor performance
• High-level financial reporting, forecasting, and client liaison
• Ensure full compliance with WHS, contractual and statutory obligations
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders

About You

• Demonstrated experience delivering commercial construction projects $20M+
• Background working for a building head contractor
• Confident managing multiple project teams concurrently
• Strong commercial acumen and contract management capability
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• Construction Management, Engineering or similar tertiary qualification
