Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify new business opportunities, conduct structured call cycles and qualify prospects.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the freight forwarding sector.
- Work closely with operations and customer teams to design tailored freight solutions and value-added services.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activity to support commercial decision-making.
- Deliver professional presentations and proposals to prospective customers.
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms and commercial agreements.
- Represent the business at industry events, networking opportunities and trade forums.
