We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Carpenter to join their team to manage ongoing maintenance and carpentry needs across their refined portfolio of completed luxury homes. You will be liaising with owners, clients and Strata to assess defects and also deal with trades when required depending on the job.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct general carpentry maintenance and minor finish-quality repairs on high-end residential properties.
• Handle defect rectification to uphold the aesthetic and structural standards of luxury finishes.
• Liaise effectively with strata managers, homeowners, and subcontractors, coordinating works smoothly across all parties.
• Maintain clear documentation of all tasks, materials, and timelines.
• Identify emerging maintenance issues and communicate proactively with project managers.
• Operate independently across multiple sites while maintaining attention to detail.

What You’ll Bring

• Cert III in Carpentry and strong maintenance experience.
• Proven history in high-end residential or luxury fit-outs.
• Exceptional communication skills and a polished, client-focused demeanour.
• Detail-oriented craftsmanship and familiarity with interpreting plans.
• Current driver’s licence and well-maintained personal tools.
