Contract Supervisor or Experienced Leading Hand  – Commercial Fit-Out (Tier 1 Builder Exposure)

Start: Next Week
Duration: 7-Month Contract (3 Months Nights + 4 Months Days)

We are currently seeking an experienced Supervisor or Experienced Leading hand to join a major commercial fit-out project based in marrickville, starting in one-two weeks. Not on the tools 

This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside a large, highly reputable Tier 1 builder on a high-profile commercial project. Ideal for a Leading Hand looking to step up, gain strong project exposure, and build their supervisory career.

The Role

• 7-month contract
• First 3 months on night shift
• Following 4 months on day shift
• Commercial fit-out project
• Immediate start

You will be responsible for supervising trades on site, coordinating daily activities, and ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors
• Drive programme and ensure deadlines are met
• Maintain high-quality workmanship standards
• Enforce site safety and WHS compliance
• Liaise with Site Manager and Project Team

About You

• Proven experience as a Leading Hand or Supervisor in commercial construction
• Fit-out experience highly regarded
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work night shift (first 3 months)
• White Card required
