CGC Recruitment have the opportunity for you to begin your career in Property and Real-Estate after the recent completion of your Certificate of Registration. Joining a specialised firm in managing entire apartment buildings, individual units, and homes, this will be your break into the market. The reason for the vacancy is due to growth.
We are looking for a confident Junior Property Officer who is passionate about Real Estate and a keen learner, who is immediately available (small notice periods are fine).
This is an entry-level position into Real Estate and Property Management, with a wide portfolio.

We are looking for a confident Junior Property Officer who is passionate about Real Estate and a keen learner, who is immediately available (small notice periods are fine).
This is an entry-level position into Real Estate and Property Management, with a wide portfolio.
Your duties will include but not limited to:
- Monday - Saturday, with Fridays off (not every Saturday, depending on demand)
- Liaising with tenants and landlords
- Conducting local inspections
- Drafting property advertisements
- Assisting with application processing
- Verifying ingoing / outgoing / routine property inspections
- Organising repairs and maintenance
- Opportunity to cover on Building management too
- General administration & data entry
- Passion for the real estate industry
- Self motivator, as there are no KPIs and the role will be managed at your own pace
- You will ideally have a minimum of 12 months Real Estate experience
- A current certificate of Registration
- Driver’s license & Car
- Strong attention to detail and communication both written and verbal
- High level of customer service and excellent rapport building skills
- Training and development to help further your career
