Job description

This is a great opportunity to join a growing business when they are still in their early stages. The director you would be working alongside has worked for both tier 1 builders and developers for the past 20 years. A really chance to learn from a master of the craft

The initial work load would be to focus on the procurement of some high-end duplex builds in the Eastern suburbs build cost of roughly $2m.  

As the company is growing there is an opportunity to come in and work alongside a director of the business as contract administrator. 
This role can offer so much more to a proactive candidate with you being able to be involved with every aspect of construction including - tendering, bid coordinator, contracts administration, WHS ETC 

The client are open to the work background of the right applicant as long as they have a sharp eye for detail, passion for architecture and experience delivering high-end residential projects

You would be essentially the right hand of the operations manager and would have various responsibilities including :
  • Manage all costs and contractual matters.
  • Ensure project costs, revenues claims, and supplier agreements are administered.
  • Initiate, review, analyse the plan and administer the closing of contracts.
  • Liaise and effectively communicate with clients, architects, consultants and subcontractors. 
  • General Office Administration duties
