The company:
Established for some 20 years this successful family run builder are quietly building their reputation through excellent planning and resource management while executing and delivering projects to a high standard.
Covering building and refurbishment projects in the commercial, education, residential, rail infrastructure and retail sectors they continue to grow through excellent customer satisfaction and delivering a quality project.
The Role:
I am currently recruiting a Contracts Administrator who has a minimum of 1 - 2 years experience. You will be working under a Senior Contracts Administrator however at times you may be the sole Contracts Administrator on a project. You will need to be a team player and have the ability to work autonomously.
About you:
- Ambitious attitude and strong work ethic
- Experience with projects $1M +
- Government contract exposure would be preferred but not essential
- Jobpac experience would also be preferred
- Experience within a tier 3 builder structure
- Strong communication skills
- Tertiary qualification is a MUST
