This position is ideal for individuals with a background in estimating or accounting and 1-2 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Costing and Estimating Assistance:
- Assist in the preparation of project cost estimates.
- Collaborate with the Director to track project expenses and budgets.
- Maintain accurate records of project costs and expenses.
- Accounts Management:
- Help manage financial records and invoices.
- Support the Director in tracking payments and receivables.
- Assist with payroll and other accounting tasks as needed.
- Document Drafting:
- Prepare and send out drafts of project documents, contracts, and proposals.
- Ensure all documents are accurate, well-organized, and meet company standards.
- Client Communication:
- Assist in preparing client communication packs and presentations.
- Respond to client inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
- General Administrative Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the Director and other team members.
- Maintain organized filing systems for project documents and records.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence as necessary.
- A background in accounting or estimating is highly desirable.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of construction industry terminology and processes is a plus.
