As a Contract Administrator you will be site based which will be located in Western Sydney, you will be reporting to your a team of Senior contract Administrators and Project Manager. 
  
The Ideal candidate will tick the boxes below:

• 3 to 5 years as a Contract Administrator in AUSTRALIA
• Come from a tier 1/2 background
• Have experience delivering large commercial, health, retail projects!
• Capable of working on project of $50M plus.
• Show stability with past employers
• Have experience with known builders in Australia
• Be well presented
• Ability to cost report and handle large sub-contractor packages
• Deal with head Contract claims and variations
