CGC Recruitment are currently working with a well established, leading mechanical and electrical contractor who have recently been awarded a number of education projects off the back of the NSW Government's initiative regarding air conditioning upgrades within Education buildings within NSW. 

Our client have strong relationships within the Education sector and are essentially employed as the principal contractor on the job, which enables them to run their own schedules and not have to report into unrealistic timeframes and expectations from builders. 

Although these initial projects are within the education, our client do work across a range of other building projects including; healthcare, commercial and retail. 

Typical projects would be around $1m in value, with some of the largest projects you will be managing up to around the $5m mechanical package value. 

If you are an experienced HVAC OR Electrical Site Manager with experience in building services construction looking to progress your career into project delivery and stepping up into a Project Manager, then this is the opportunity for you.

A permanent position, paid on an hourly basis of $45-50 per hour + Super + Vehicle / Vehicle Allowance + Fuel card + Etags + Overtime etc.
