A well established tier 2 mechanical services contractor in NSW who have a strong reputation across both their construction and service divisions are looking to capitalise on a missing market within their business by developing a minor works business unit. 

Within the minor works division, you will be responsible for running projects anywhere from $5k up to $1m, leveraging off the back of internal relationships from the service and maintenance teams. 

An excellent opportunity for either a Senior Install Technician or Site Supervisor looking for an opportunity to progress into a full time role off the tools. You will be the first person employed within the business unit, and essentially responsible for driving the growth of the division and growing your team. 

In the immediate, you will be a hands on supervisor looking after one other installer, however in the short to medium term, you will take on a role that is no longer hands on. 

A fantastic opportunity with a clear career pathway on offer within an established business. The pathway in the longer term is to run the minor works business unit or alternatively you will then have the experience to transition across into the larger projects construction team. 

This is a permanent position, with a salary package on offer of $43-45 p/h + Super + Vehicle, depending on experience.
