A new opportunity has arisen within a well established, privately owned mechanical services contractor for an experienced Site Supervisor to manage various sites across Sydney. Typically, depending on the size and value of the projects you will manage 1-2 sites at any one time and as a business their core business specialises in delivering commercial building projects valued up to $5m. 

Due to the strength of relationships with a number of tier 2 and tier 3 builders, this mechanical services contractor has experienced steady growth over a number of years. As a business they have successfully delivered a range of HVAC building projects across various industry sectors - Commercial High Rise, Retail, Education, Hospitals and Government projects - no Residential. 

Not only do they work across a range of industry sectors, they also work across a number of project types - New build, fit outs, refurbs and also leverage upgrades / replacements from their service and maintenance division internally. The client have an inhouse design and engineering capability also so offer a full service to clients, from design and construct projects all the way through to servicing and maintaining these systems. 

Working closely with an experienced Project Manager this opportunity has various career pathways opportunities, either continuing the route of site management or alternatively project management. 

An opportunity that would be well suited for an ambitious Site Supervisor who comes from a mechanical air conditioning trade background, who has good knowledge and understanding of other trades and is confident liaising with other trade disciplines on site. 

A highly competitive package on offer, ranging between $90-100k + Super + Vehicle OR Vehicle Allowance depending on experience for the successful candidate.
