Job description

CGC Recruitment are working in collaboration with a leading NSW based, tier 2 mechanical contractor, who currently have an opportunity for an experienced HVAC Site Manager to manage a number of their key sites in Sydney. 

A company that work on a diverse range of buildings, of varying size and scale - from high rise commercial office buildings, education buildings, hospitals, fit outs / refurbs and hotels. They offer a full design and construct service to clients, and also have a small service division that they pick up minor project related works and upgrades. 

In the position of HVAC Site Manager, you will take responsibility for managing a number of their key sites at any one time that includes;
  • Directing labour and managing sub contractors on site
  • On site services coordination
  • Working closely with the Senior Project Manager and Construction Manager to ensure successful project delivery
  • Reviewing plans, designs and drawings
  • Safety inspections and reporting
You will most likely come from a trade background (Air Conditioning / Mechanical Plumber / Sheet Metal Worker) and then progressed into a Supervisor / Site Management based position working within a mechanical contractor within Australia.
