This tier 1 mechanical services contractor are going from strength to strength in the industry currently. Having long lasting relationships with top tier builders in the industry, they offer a range of services to clients that includes both construction and a service and maintenance division. 

Leveraging off the back of these existing relationships, they have recently set up a specialist minor works division targeting fit outs, upgrades and special projects valued up to $5m. 

As a Project Manager within the team, you will be working closely with a highly approachable and experienced Construction Manager, overseeing multiple minor works / special projects at any one time. Typically you could see yourself running between various jobs valued anywhere from $100k up to $5m. 

A fast paced environment that would suit an experienced Project Manager or Site Manager that likes to be busy, managing numerous projects at any one where you'll be building strong relationships with clients, managing internal labour and sub contractors on site.
