Well established HVAC / Mechanical Services Contractor in the Sydney market are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their Sydney team. 
 
Working with a diverse range of customers in the commercial sector the role will work on multiple projects at anyone time at various stages. The position will report in to the Construction Manager and lead client engagement as well as subcontractor management. Project values will range from $500k - $5m.
 
To be successful you will be able to demonstrate the following;

• Extensive experience project managing for mechanical instillation in fit out and refurbishment commercial projects
• Strong exposure managing customer expectations
• Able to manage multiple projects at anyone time
