We are working with an established mechanical contractor who are seeking a skilled Mechanical / HVAC Estimator to join their growing Sydney team.

About the Company

This contractor has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality commercial projects across NSW. With a project portfolio ranging up to $5m, their work is focused on commercial fit-outs with a few new build developments here and there.

The Projects

You’ll be involved in estimating for a wide range of sectors including:

• Offices & commercial spaces
• Hospitals & healthcare facilities
• Universities & education buildings
• Aged care developments
• Retail & hospitality

The Role

• Preparing accurate tenders, budgets and cost plans for mechanical / HVAC projects
• Reviewing drawings, specifications and subcontractor quotes
• Engaging with clients, consultants and subcontractors
• Working closely with the project and engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery

About You

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering (essential)
• Minimum 3–5 years local estimating experience within HVAC / mechanical services
• Proven experience across a variety of commercial projects
• Strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines

• Salary up to $120k + Super (depending on experience)
