HVAC Specialist Contractor, founded over 20 years ago. They're a highly skilled and tight knit team who are well known in the industry for their excellent level of service. This is backed up by their client base, many of whom have been on board for years. 

Their projects are commercial in nature, spread across Education, Government, office blocks and retail spaces. 

Role and Requirements 

Having operated in a similar role for a minimum of 2 years, you will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in establishing the commercial viability of projects and delivering of bids competitively.

Projects will range from $250k up to $5m and you will work closely with the Construction Manager to utilise your industry contacts to successfully develop and secure new clients and projects.

Key skills and experience:

• Identify opportunities and projects that are commercially viable and profitable. 
• Promote and showcase the business’s capabilities to secure and delivery prospective projects.
• Communicate and positively influence key internal and external stakeholders in relation to achieving positive outcomes.
• Close liaison with the design team
• Preparation of tender documents and the management of the bid process
• Procurement of materials, direct and subcontract labour
• Update budgets and schedules in accordance with variations where appropriate
• Participate in project reviews to review timelines and cost vs budget.
• Comply with internal and external accreditations by the use of company management systems.
