The Role
- Maintain safety, education and awareness levels that support effective Safety management.
- Identifies needs for safety training and coordinate sessions/courses for site personnel.
- Maintains and reports safety performance statistics.
- Report all safety non-compliance to the Site Operations Manager.
Skills & Qualifications
- 5 years' experience in a HSE Advisor position.
- Previous experience working in the construction, mining and resource industries on large scale projects.
- Cert IV OH&S
- Ability to undertake a 2:1 FIFO roster.
