Our client is a leading contractor that specialise in the demolition, decommissioning and remediation of oil, gas, and industrial facilities throughout Australia. This opportunity will initially be site-based working on a large-scale industrial decommissioning project in Kwinana for approximately 4 weeks before transitioning into a regional role for another 4-5 weeks (No FIFO / Completely site based) The business has a strong pipeline of work for 2025 with projects located in the Perth metro area and regional WA across a range of sectors.
 

The Role

• Maintain safety, education and awareness levels that support effective Safety management
• Identifies needs for safety training and coordinate sessions/courses for site personnel
• Maintains and reports safety performance statistics
• Actively participate in HSE meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications

• 5 + years of HSE advisory experience in the construction, industrial, or decommissioning sector.
• Comprehensive knowledge of relevant Australian HSE legislation, standards, and best practices.
• Cert IV OH&S
• Experience with environmental management practices (desirable)

On Offer

• Perth based Hourly Rate - $70 -75 Per Hour + Super (Paid Weekly)
• Regional based Hourly Rate - $80 - $85 Per Hour + Super (Paid Weekly)
