- 2-3 years’ experience in HR administration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced MS Word and Excel skills
- Interest in HR support
- Tech savvy - ability to work across various IT systems
- Eager to build a career within Engineering and Construction
- Bubbly and confident personality
- High level administration
- Assisting HR and recruitment: so confidence and approach-ability is important
