Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support on road maintenance and construction projects.
- Conduct geological investigations and analyses to identify potential geohazards.
- Develop slope stabilization plans and provide recommendations for soil improvement.
- Conduct site investigations, logging, and reporting.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare reports.
- Liaise with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and manage project delivery.
- Ensure that projects comply with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Geology or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in slope stability assessment, soil improvement techniques, and pavement design.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Valid driver's license.
