The Company
  • Stable and growing residential builder that has more than doubled in size over the past two years.
  • Employs approximately 220 skilled professionals and is guided by a leadership team with tier-two experience.
  • Operates with the systems and safety protocols expected of a tier-two construction firm.
  • Delivers projects valued between $30M and $200M, mainly in residential with occasional commercial work, and has a secured project pipeline through to 2027, offering long-term stability.
The Position
  • As the General Foreman, you’ll support the Site Manager on a $30M high end  development on the lower north Shore valued at $30M.
  • You will help coordinate the site program, manage trades, and oversee plant and equipment.
  • Working closely with the Site Manager, you’ll ensure that all project milestones are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest safety and quality standards.
  • Some Saturdays will be required however roasted
The position offers a competitive salary, ranging from $190K to $200K + super, based on experience.
  
Key Accountabilities
  • Ensure compliance with the company’s safety policy, aiming for zero incidents
  • Oversee the construction program and manage 3-week look-ahead schedules
  • Conduct daily ITP and ITC assessments
  • Maintain high standards in time, quality, resources, subcontractor management, and WHS compliance
Knowledge and Skills
  • Trade qualification in Carpentry, Bricklaying, or a related field
  • Minimum of five years’ experience as a Supervisor
  • Industry White Card and First Aid certification
  • Local experience with strong safety knowledge
