Operating in the Commercial, Resi, Hotels and Aged Care projects across new build, fit out & building refurbishment our client have established a solid reputation for being able to deliver an excellent project to high standards, which has seen them win a good amount of repeat business - The company have an annual turnover of circa $1b and deliver projects up to $250m  

With a new $40m projects about to start in Sydney's CBD we are looking for an experienced Foreman and General Foreman. The project will have a tower crane so you will ideally have Crane experience.  
 
Essentially we are looking for a qualified Foreman who has cut their teeth as a carpenter and moved up through the ranks to Leading Hand and on to a Foreman position.
 
You will have a good understanding of managing fast paced, complex commercial fit out projects from $10m to 50m controlling an array of trades, reviewing safe work method statements, quality assurance and workman ship while driving the project forward to achieve agreed program. 

With a flat management structure and experienced Project Managers this builder has a great reputation for delivering and has excellent relationships with their subcontractors and views them as business partners.
