2x Foreman Wanted in Shellharbour


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Foreman to join a highly sought after Tier 2 builder... 

They have an established team in Shellharbour and the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction and management of a certain aspects (internals , externals etc ) of the project while maintaining highest quality standards. Each foreman will either be looking after internals or externals so please apply if you a proficient in either or both skill sets  

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise trades 
• Ensure that all work is completed on schedule, within budget and to the highest quality standards
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and other construction personnel
• Maintain accurate records of project progress and budget
• Communicate effectively with clients and project stakeholders

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Residential Foreman with a track record of successfully completed projects
• Extensive knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and safety regulations
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• A strong commitment to safety and quality

This is a minimum 6 month Contract position with competitive rates.
