CGC are working with one of Sydney’s premier builders to recruit either Site Managers or Foreman who are interesting to move to a regional NSW hub in the next 2-4 months. This builder turns over in the vicinity of $400M working in Sydney and 3 other regional hubs around NSW. Average projects value ranges from $30M - $50M with capacity up too $100M.
They are well known for delivering projects in the Commercial, Educational and Age Care sectors but also regularly take on challenging and technical projects which are sometimes outside of their comfort zone, enabling staff to be at the cutting edge of innovation in construction methodologies.

The Position:
You will have the choice to relocate to either the Bathurst/Orange region or NSW North Coast offices. Both regions are forecasting a strong pipeline with profitable projects in 2021. We are looking for supervisors that can demonstrate a strong history working in the mid-tier sector in Sydney who are looking for a lifestyle change
You will join a well-staffed project that includes working with Leading Hands and Labourers supported by a solid Project Management team
We are looking for genuine supervision staff, people that can take full control over the project and coordinate and drive trades and site staff. You will have a good understanding of project financials, buildability, and should be able to foresee problems and rectify them to keep the programme on track.
Ideal background
- Carpentry trade with management/coordination experience working on commercial projects
- Ability to plan, coordinate and manage sub-contractors
- Ability to interpret drawings and programmes and develop short term programmes
- Good communication and an intermediate level of computer literacy
