Joining an $80M university project as a Foreman your duties will include the following

Support the Site Manager day to day helping to coordinate subbies
Lead day‑to-day site activities and coordinate subcontractors and trades.
Ensure work is delivered safely, to quality standards, on time and in line with program expectations.
Act as the key point of contact on site for operational delivery and construction sequencing.
Champion best‑practice safety, working collaboratively with the site team to drive positive outcomes

Requirements To be successful:

Proven experience as a Foreman on large scale commercial or institutional builds (university/education projects advantageous,30M +
Strong leadership and coordination skills.
Solid WHS track record and the ability to lead a diverse on‑site team.
Excellent communication, problem solving, and focus on program
