Joining an $80M university project as a Foreman your duties will include the following
  • Support the Site Manager day to day helping to coordinate subbies
  • Lead day‑to-day site activities and coordinate subcontractors and trades.
  • Ensure work is delivered safely, to quality standards, on time and in line with program expectations.
  • Act as the key point of contact on site for operational delivery and construction sequencing.
  • Champion best‑practice safety, working collaboratively with the site team to drive positive outcomes

Requirements To be successful:
  • Proven experience as a Foreman on large scale commercial or institutional builds (university/education projects advantageous,30M + 
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills.
  • Solid WHS track record and the ability to lead a diverse on‑site team.
  • Excellent communication, problem solving, and focus on program
