The client is looking for a Foreman on a 4 month contract to oversee a fit out on the Wagga Wagga new build Prison. The project is underway and needs someone of a good calibre to lead trades and who has a good knowledge of  refurbishments /fit out. It is a very exciting project due to the location and type of job which should appeal to someone looking for a good challenge. 
 
The person 
 
As the Foreman / SM you will ultimately be responsible for driving the project forward in line with design, programme and quality while maintaining a safety and tidy site

Clean criminal history 

Due to the nature of the project you must have excellent client facing skills, managing multiple stakeholders, the client and end users guaranteeing client satisfaction while maintaining programme.

They are ideally looking for someone who is able to work autonomously and can make technical decisions with the company’s best interest in mind. It is a given that you will be organised, proficient at using computer packages, a natural communicator with a keen eye for detail including quality, programme and OHS.

The person will need to have worked on projects from $1 - $2   million

Due to the nature of the builder and size of project the rates are very flexible.. We pay on a PTY LTD, ABN , or TFN basis
