The company
A Tier 2 builder who have been operating between the Gold Coast and Brisbane for over 17 years are a consistent winner each year at the MBA awards and have created a very good name for themselves in the QLD building industry. They are known for delivering projects in the residential, education and industrial sectors from $5M to $40M.
 
The role – Foreman 
They are looking for an experienced Foreman to join a team on a $12M commercial project located on the North side of Brisbane which is a car show room.

You will be working under an experienced Site Manager and will report to your Site Manager as well as you Project Manager who will be based between the office and site.
 
 
To be successful for this role you will:

• Come from a trade background 
• Previous experience with projects of $5M plus
• Must show stability with previous employers
• Commercial/apartment experience
• Previous experience with a known builder in QLD is preferred
• Someone who is ambitious and self-motivated
• A team player
