The Position
  • As the Foreman, you’ll support the Site Manager on a major $100M development in Southern Sydney, coordinating the site program, managing trades, and overseeing plant and equipment.
  • Working closely with the Site Manager, you’ll ensure that all project stages are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest safety and quality standards.
  • Some Saturdays will be required however roasted
The position offers a competitive salary, ranging from $160K to $180K + super, based on experience.
  
Key Accountabilities
  • Ensure compliance with the company’s safety policy, aiming for zero incidents
  • Oversee the construction program and help manage 3-week look-ahead schedules
  • Conduct daily ITP and ITC assessments
  • Maintain high standards in time, quality, resources, subcontractor management, and WHS compliance
Knowledge and Skills
  • Trade qualification in Carpentry, Bricklaying, or a related field
  • Minimum of five years’ experience as a Supervisor
  • Industry White Card and First Aid certification
