The Company

• Having operating in the Sydney market for over 20 years this company has developed a reputation for producing quality projects within the major assets owner sector.
• The main bulk of their work is within the Fit-out/Refurbishment market, they have an established base of both client and subcontractors which they have developed over time and favourable culture.
• The company have a well developed structure that includes executive management, sales, estimating, internal design, procurement and delivery. They currently employ around 50 ppl with a target of 60 by the end of the year.

The Role 

Reporting into the executive management team your key focus will be delivering high-end fit-outs of corporate offices within the CBD. Project values will range from $500K strip out to $5m full refurbishments.

You will be responsible for liaising with the clients and project stakeholders ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget. Your involvement across projects will also include helping estimating with methodology as required

You will have a full site team across each project, and be accustomed to running 2-4 projects at any one time

Ideal Experience 

• A recognised construction qualification
• Stability within your career
• D+C experience is essential
• Experience delivering projects to $5M
• A min of 4 years exp as a Project Manager
